Ursula Daichendt, 57, of Macungie, died Feb. 27, 2017, at Above & Beyond, Mountain View, Allentown. She was the wife of Mark M. Daichendt. They celebrated 31 years of marriage Dec. 6, 2016. Born in Moedesse, Germany, she was the daughter of Mariechen (Vuest) Kretschmann and the late Horst Kretschmann.
She was an active member of Zion Lehigh Lutheran Church, Alburtis.
Before moving to the United States, she was an accountant for the Deutsche Bank in Leverkusen, Germany.
She was a former treasurer for the Lower Macungie Elementary School PTO.
She is survived by her husband; mother; sons, Philip M. and Gordon M.; brother, Horst Kretschmann and his wife Christine. She was predeceased by a sister, Sabina.
