Frederick C. Rosner

Frederick C. Rosner, 71, of Emmaus, died March 12, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, after a brief illness. He was the husband of Nancy L. (Ellow) Rosner. They celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary in September. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late John A. and Florence A. (Lambert) Rosner.

He was a graduate of William Allen High School, Class of 1963.

He was the president and owner of Tri-County Mechanical, Bethlehem, prior to his employment by JCPenney Distribution Center, retiring in 2010.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Army Corp of Engineers during the Vietnam War.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Allentown.

He was an avid Duke and UCONN girls’ basketball fan and a big Boston Red Sox fan. He enjoyed playing golf and participated in two golf leagues. He loved watching his grandchildren participate in sports and attending as many of their games as possible.

He is survived by his wife; daughters, Michele M. and her husband Harley E. Davidson, of Danielsville and Kimberley A. and her husband Dustin Ingersoll, of Belize; twin sister, Susann C. and her husband Joseph H. Gross of Hummelstown; grandchildren, Harley F. and Mikayla Davidson and Byama A. Ingersoll.
