E. Elsie Schuster, 86, of Whitehall Manor, died March 7, 2017. She was the wife of the late Robert “Lardy” Schuster.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late George and Stella Hirschman.

She was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Catasauqua.

She is survived by two sons, Robert G. and his wife Tamara Schuster and Eric J. and his wife Jennifer Schuster; a daughter, Glenda H. Meldrum and Amy and her husband Tony Bieak; two sisters, Marie Pany and Helen Garger; six grandchildren; Jennilyn, Rebecca, Zachary, Jacob, Amelia and Eva; and two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Jacob.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Jeanette M. Harrigle.
