Alison M. Lance has been appointed Social Services Director for the Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center.

She supervises the social services department, is a resident advocate, and provides psychosocial support in skilled care to promote life enhancement and resident centered care.

Lance was previously a Case Manager at Lehigh Valley Health Network.

She received a Master of Social Work form Marywood University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science from Kutztown University with a concentration in sociology and social work.

She is a resident of Alburtis.
