Young actors in grades 1 through 8 are being sought for Camp Rhythmo’s production of “Wizard of Oz,” staged April 7 and 8. All children will be cast.

Rehearsals begin the week of March 12 in Parker Hall of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road.

Camp Rhythmo is a nonprofit organization that inspires young people to pursue lifelong health, build self-confidence and spark creativity through music, science, movement and art. This will be the fourth year of programming in the Whitehall area. The group offers summer camps, musical theater workshops, enrichment programs and special events throughout the year.

At the Woman’s Club of Whitehall Township meeting 6 p.m. March 13, Dale Sine, singer and entertainer, will be the evening’s program. The club meets at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church.

This month’s requested item for the food pantry is jelly. Personal and cleaning items also are being collected for Turning Point of the Lehigh Valley.
