Doris J. “Dolly” Billig, 75, of New Tripoli, died March 2, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township,

She and her husband Paul G. Billig, Sr. celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in December 2016.

Born in Bernville, she was a daughter of the late Milton and Edna (Reichard) Correll.

She worked with her husband on their family farm since their marriage and was also busy taking care of and raising her family.

A member of the Lutheran Congregation of Jerusalem (Red) Church, Kempton, she also was a member of the Lynnport Fire Company.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters Judy S. (Thomas) Lichtenwalner of Kempton and Cindy L. (Darryl J.) Feinour of New Tripoli; sister Shirley Billig of Mohrsville; brothers, Robert Correll of Lenhartsville, Kenneth and Barry Correll of Hamburg, and grandchildren Kayla Feinour and Brandon Billig.

She was predeceased by her son Paul G. Billig Jr,

The family requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the funeral home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, PA 18066, to help offset her final expenses.
