Edward C. Werley, 80, of Alburtis, formerly of New Tripoli, died Feb. 17, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Unit, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Anna E. (Mack) Werley. Born in Weisenberg Township, he was a son of the late Curtis E. and Bernice (Rose) Werley.

He was a farmer all of his life in Weisenberg Township.

He loved his family and friends and loved traveling particularly on his trike.

He is survived by daughters, Lisa and her husband Rich Moyer, of Jacksonville, N.C, Nona and her husband Peter Hubbard of Candia, N.H. and Dana and her husband Jud Edwards of Melbourne, Fla.; stepdaughters, Beverly and her husband Gary Snyder, of Orefield, Cynthia Scholl, of Allentown; stepsons, Brian Madtes and his wife Jennifer, of San Antonio, Texas, Dennis Madtes, of Alexandria, Va., Lamar Madtes and his wife Faye, and Sidney Madtes, both of New Tripoli; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; 17 stepgrandchildren; 20 stepgreat-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
