Council 4050 of Knights of Columbus will hold Lenten fish dinners 5-7 p.m. Fridays - March 17, 24 and 31 - in Ruffenach Hall at St. John the Baptist Church, Chestnut and Ruch streets.

Fish, potatoes, corn, applesauce, rolls, desserts, drinks and coffee will be served.

Take-out meals also will be available.

We have been lucky to have a touch of spring in February. Until the real spring gets here though, you may want to visit the 2017 Lehigh Valley Garden Show March 10-12 at Allentown Fairgrounds. The theme is Gardens of the World.

The Philadelphia Flower Show also is going on next weekend. The theme of the show is Holland, and it runs March 11-19.
