A civil issue in the 100 block of Stark Street brought out police.

A female causing a disturbance in the 600 block of East Ninth Street was reported to police.

The Wine and Spirits store, 1910 Center St., reported to police a male attempted to use a fake ID.

FEB. 18

Harassment in the 1200 block of Main Street was filed with the department. The report said a female was harassing another female.

FEB. 19

The theft of a vehicle in the 100 block of Cedar Alley was reported to police. A vehicle was taken from a driveway and located on East Fifth Street.

FEB. 20

Police responded to a domestic dispute between a male and female in the 1300 block of Canal Street.

FEB. 21

In the 100 block of Newport Avenue, a domestic dispute occurred between a male and female.

FEB. 22

Officers responded to a neighbor complaint in the 300 block of East Fifth Street. An anonymous note was taped to a front door, the department said.

A noise complaint brought police to the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.
