Mark I. Hoffman, 80, of Schnecksville, died Feb. 20, 2017, in his home.

He was the husband of Marjorie M. (Harry) Hoffman.

Born Sept. 6, 1936, in Neffs, he was the son of the late Clair I. and Florence A. (Stahley) Hoffman.

He was a carpenter at the former NKI Builders, Schnecksville, for 34 years before retiring.

He was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Marlene L., wife of Alan Steigerwalt, of Schnecksville, Matthew M. Hoffman at home, Michael A. Hoffman and wife, Denise, of Slatington; brother Curtis C. Hoffman and his wife Janet, of Schnecksville; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs.

There will be no calling hours.
