Harry J.K. Dalton, 81, died Feb. 13, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the beloved husband of the late JoEllen (Cline) Dalton.

Born in Los Angeles Calif., he was a son of the late William Dalton and Nora (Fillingame) Dalton.

A 1952 graduate of University High School, Los Angeles, he was an Air Force veteran who enjoyed participating on its football team in Europe.

Employed at Everest & Jennings as a welder for more than 30 years, he enjoyed camping at California beaches, and was a lifelong fan of UCLA athletics, Raiders football and a member of the Masons in Camarillo, Calif.

His survivors include a daughter Traci E. Popovich and her husband, Paul, of Glastonbury, Conn.; and his son Dr. Mark J. Dalton, OD, and his wife, Kathy, of Upper Macungie Township; and three treasured grandchildren Mary, Jax and Chris.

His services will be private.
