Paul E. Woodring, 84, of Emmaus, died Feb. 17, 2017, at Cedarbrook, Allentown. He was the husband of Jean E. (Fegely) Woodring. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late William C. and Dorothy S. (Boyer) Woodring.

He was employed at Stroh Brewery for 22 years until retiring.

He was a graduate of Emmaus High School in 1950 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was a member of St. John’s UCC, Emmaus and sang in the choir for many years.

He was a member of the Emmaus Lions Club.

He is survived by his wife; son, Alan and his wife Janet; grandchildren, Chad and his wife, Jennifer, Dayna and her husband, Jeff Saul, Brent; five great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Feb. 22 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A viewing will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
