FEB. 10

Police responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The report said a legally parked car was struck, damaging the front bumper, grille and hood.

A vehicle was towed in the 1700 block of Franklin Street. The vehicle was blocking a garage.

An unwanted female in the 1400 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

FEB. 13

At East 21st Street and Line Alley, officers investigated a reportable accident involving three vehicles.

Police responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 2000 block of Main Street. A legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the driver-side bumper.

In the 300 block of East Fifth Street, a mailbox was struck by an unknown vehicle.
