Richard G. “Pappy Rick” Hahn, 66, of Bethlehem, died Feb. 9, 2017, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus.
He was the husband of the late Karen A. (Wachter) Hahn.
Born Sept. 13, 1950, in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late George R. Sr. and Joyce M. (Rohrbach) Hahn.
He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War era earning the rank of corporal.
He was a millwright at Atlantic States Cast Iron Pipe Co., Phillipsburg, N.J. for 17 years before becoming disabled.
Prior to that, he worked at the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 13 years.
His survivors include siblings Donna Czik, George Jr., Judith Constantino and Thomas, Sandra and David Hahn; stepdaughters Christine Kreisher, Karen Monteiro, Kathy Smith, Jody Miller; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Guy, and a stepdaughter, Caroline Dee Becker.
