Kathleen A. Rumfield, 92, formerly of Schnecksville, died peacefully Feb. 10, 2017, in the presence of her loved ones, in Above and Beyond Personal Care Facility, Allentown.
She and her husband Elwood L. Rumfield, who died in December 2015, were married 75 years.
Born in Danielsville, she was a daughter of the late George and Mattie (Hemerly) Feinour.
Although she worked part time outside her home, her top priority was always with her family.
A member of Jacob’s Church, Jacksonville, Lynn Township, she was a former adult Sunday School teacher.
She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, quilting and crocheting and loved traveling with her husband.
Her survivors include daughters Rosalie M., wife of Thomas L. Bollinger, of Walnutport and Jeannine K. Tease and her companion, Gary Seymour Jr., of Emmaus; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.
She was predeceased by siblings Evelyn DeLong and Norma Neff; and Alton, Victor, Daniel and Ronald Feinour.
Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Feb. 16 in Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, with a calling hour beginning 10 a.m.
The Rev. Scott L. Shay will officiate. Interment will follow in Jacob’s Union Cemetery, New Tripoli.
