Raymond T. Stauffer, 70, of Whitehall, died Feb. 6, 2017, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Ellwood L. Sr. and Dorothy E. (Dwinal) Stauffer.

He owned and operated the former Stauffer’s Auto Body, Whitehall, for 25 years before retiring in 1999.

He was a member of Hokendauqua American Legion Post 739.

He is survived by two children, Donald E. and his wife Tracy of Fogelsville and Darlene M. and her husband Gary Raphael of Maryland; three siblings, Ellwood L. Jr. and his wife Elaine Stauffer of Allentown, Ricky and his wife Kathleen Stauffer of Walnutport and Joanne and her husband Gary Gordon of Shickshinny; and four granddaughters, Kyra, Vanessa, Eliza and Maya.
