FEB. 1
Officers checked on the welfare of a female, with a possible mental health problem, in the unit block of West 21st Street.
Harassment by communication in the 1000 block of Washington Avenue was reported to police. The report said a female was harassed by a male via phone calls.
Police responded to a child custody issue in the 500 block East Second Street.
Officers responded to a civil matter in the 500 block of East Ninth Street.

An unwanted male in the 1300 block of Stewart Street was reported to police.
At East 21st Street and Lincoln Avenue, police investigated a report of an unresponsive male sitting in a vehicle. A DUI offense resulted.

In the 1200 block of Main Street, a reportable accident involving two vehicles occurred.
An unwanted male in the 600 block of Main Street was reported to police.
FEB. 5
Members of the department responded to domestic dispute between three females in the 800 block of Main Street.
In the 400 block of East Ninth Street, a domestic dispute occurred between a male and female.

Officers responded to a male causing a disturbance in the 1400 block of Canal Street.
A reportable accident involving two vehicles occurred at East 21st Street and Laubach Avenue, police said.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.
A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 1800 block of Main Street. The report said the open door of a legally parked vehicle was struck by a white SUV traveling south on Main Street.
FEB. 9
A domestic dispute between a male and female brought police to the 2300 block of Main Street for investigation.
