Michelle P. Polchik, 55, of Catasauqua, died Feb. 2, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg campus, Bethlehem.

She was a daughter of Albert and Barbara (Oleschak) Polchik.

She was a member of St. John Fisher Church, North Catasauqua.

She was a lifelong resident of Catasauqua and a 1981 Catasauqua High School graduate.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by sisters, Theresa Polchik and Barbara and her husband Thomas Correll; two nephews, Sean Michael and Tyler Matthew; and a niece, Taryn Patrice.

She was predeceased by a brother, Bernard Polchik.
