Carol A. Dries, 50, of Salisbury Township, died Feb. 7, 2017, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Thomas C. Dries with whom she shared 25 years of marriage in November 2016. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Judith A. (Aldinger) and Carl A. Schaller.

She worked at the Hospital Central Service Cooperative, Allentown, for the past two years.

She was a member of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Allentown and the Salisbury Fire Company #1 Social Hall.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Andrew Aldinger, at home, Jeremy and his wife Jessica, of Whitehall; daughter, Faith and her companion Joshua Styer, of Red Hill; brothers, William Aldinger and his companion Bonnie, of Allentown, Michael Aldinger and his wife Alisa, of Emmaus, Carl Schaller and his wife Tonya, of Schnecksville, Robert Schaller, at home; sister, LeAnne Schaller and her companion Derick Barker, of Allentown; four grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Karla Schaller.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
