The Sunday school group of St. John’s Lutheran Church will have a Valentine’s Day party Feb. 12 during the 9 a.m. Sunday school hour. The group will sing songs, play games, do crafts, enjoy snacks and run model trains.

Coplay Recreation & Welfare Association’s food bank in the basement of borough hall, 98 S. Fourth St., is open 8:30-10 a.m. Feb. 14.

Borough council meets 7 p.m. Feb. 14 at borough hall.

Coplay Senior Citizens Club meets 1 p.m. Feb. 15 at Commitment to Family & Community, 165 Cherry St.

American Legion Post 426 Home Association meets 7 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Post home, 134 S. Second St.

Stanley W. Reinhard Jr. American Legion Post 426 members meet 7:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Post home, 134 S. Second St.

Coplay Athletic Club will have a membership meeting 10:30 a.m. Feb. 19 at the borough hall gym. The club has a fitness center on the borough hall’s second floor. The club states there will be no meetings on holidays or in the summer. Membership renewals are being accepted now.

Coplay Recreation & Welfare Association members, at the membership meeting 6:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at borough hall, will discuss plans for the annual children’s Easter egg hunt. The event is held on the grounds of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
