Dolores I. Zehner, 82, died on Feb. 1, 2017, while in hospice care at Cedarbrook Senior Care facility.

She was the wife of the late Curtis Mark Zehner, who died in January 2010, for 54 years.

The daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Saeger, she was a lifelong resident of Cetronia just like her parents.

She had three brothers Carl, Leonard and Frank.

Known as “Tootie,” she was a cheerleader at Parkland high school, graduating in 1952.

Active in the South Parkland Youth Association and her church, she was a medical secretary.

She vacationed at the Jersey shore, was an avid camper, and finally retired to Venice, Fla., as a snowbird.

Her survivors include a daughter, Cindy, of Englewood Fla., wife of the late Robert Schwartz who died in November 2016; son Keith, of Cetronia, husband of Princess (Iley); grandchildren Amber, Alicia and Adrianne; and great-grandchildren Spencer, Andrew, Nicholas and Emmalynn. Her services will be private.

Internment occurred at the Chapel of Eternity, Grandview Cemetery.

The family is grateful to the staff of wing D-2.
