Northwestern Lehigh Educational Foundation will be having a flapjack fundraiser 8-10 a.m. Feb. 25 at Applebee’s, 1510 N. Cedar Crest Blvd., South Whitehall.

Tickets may be purchased at the door from an education foundation board member.
