Margaret “Peggy” S. Gogle, 92, of Catasauqua, died Jan. 13, 2017, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of Sterling C. Gogle for 72 years.

Born in Hokendauqua, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Junkin) Everett.

She was a very active member of Christ United Church of Christ, Schoenersville, where she was on the building committee, taught Sunday school and served on many other committees.

She was employed by the Borough of Catasauqua as a billing clerk and worked at Scheckler Elementary School as a cafeteria worker. She was active in the PTA and the Catasauqua Band Parents group.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Barb and her husband Chuck Woodley, Pam and her husband Craig Seyfried and Kim and her husband Scott Scheirer; son, Sterling C. Jr.; six grandchildren Kara, Brett, Jared, Craig, Dawn and Lauren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Dr. Harold Everett and Ralph Everett; and two sisters, Marian Machum and Ruth Yackle.
