Sandra F. Simock, 78, of Orefield, died Jan. 13, 2017, in her home.

She and her husband Robert J. Simock were married 51 years.

Born March 5, 1938, in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late Burdell D. and Lillian May (Steigerwalt) Steigerwalt.

She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by children Candy L., wife of Keith A. Young Jr. of Orefield, Kristy S., wife of H. Benjamin Jacoby III of Orefield, Bobby J. Simock and his wife, Margo of Coplay; sister Nancy L., wife of Robert Spangler of Lehighton; and grandchildren Justin, Rhett and Blake.

She was predeceased by five siblings.
