ARTPOP

The third annual ArtPop Billboard Competition, sponsored by Adams Outdoor Advertising and ArtsQuest, will display art chosen by a juried competition on major thoroughfares in the region starting Jan. 2 and continuing through December.

Among the eight winners is Liberty High School junior Olivia Lunger, who will have her work on a billboard for all of 2017 and is receiving a $1,000 scholarship to a Kutztown University art program by the Kutztown University Foundation.
