I hope everyone had a happy new year and the hustle and bustle from the holidays is slowly returning to normal chaos.
Salisbury High School will hold their winter ball 7 to 10 p.m. Jan. 14.
All Salisbury Township schools will be closed Jan. 16 for a professional development day. Schools will reopen Jan. 17.
There will be a school board meeting 7:30 p.m. Jan. 18 in the administration building.
Jan. 18 marks the end of the second marking period for the middle and high schools. Hard to believe the year is at its halfway point.
Jan. 19 will be the next Harry S Truman Elementary School T-shirt day; remember to show off your Falcon Pride.
HST is currently having a Matey’s Pizza fundraiser, running until Jan. 16. Pickup will be in the HST parking lot 5 to 6 p.m. Jan. 23. Anyone interested in ordering can reach out to any HST student.
Looking forward, HST and Western Salisbury Elementary School will have early dismissal 11:15 a.m. Jan. 27 followed by the high school and middle school 12:15 p.m. This is a reversal of normal early dismissals so plan accordingly.
