Katherine B. Plarr, 91, formerly of Wescosville, died Christmas Day at Luther Crest. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Plarr. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Hallie S. (Bastian) Guldin.

She was a retired food supervisor for East Penn School District.

For many years she was active in the choir, women’s groups and various committees of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Breinigsville and was a past president of The Women’s Club of Allentown.

She is survived by a stepdaughter, Margaret Plarr and cousins.
