‘King’s Dream’

LCCC:

“King’s Dream” will be presented at 6 p.m. Jan. 16 in the Lisa Scheller and Wayne Woodman Community Services Center, Lehigh Carbon Community College, main campus, Schnecksville, North Whitehall Township.

King’s life will be documented by Key Arts Productions, Philadelphia. The show includes film footage, commentary and live music, intended to convey the spirit of the Civil Rights Movement. King received the Nobel Peace Prize and led African Americans in the struggle for social change and racial equality for all people in the 1950s and 1960s.

The program, which celebrates unity, diversity and peace, is free and open to the public.
