Agnes M. Knauss, 82, of Allentown, died Dec. 4, 2016. She was the wife of the late William Knauss. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Anna (Kolze) Alof.

She graduated from Central Catholic High School and was a member of the Church of St. Ann Roman Catholic Parish, Emmaus, where she served as a lector.

She enjoyed reading, taking walks and caring for her cats and dogs.

She was a laboratory technician with Western Electric through Lucent and retiring with Agere, in 2001.

She is survived by children, David and his wife Monica, Veronica Herman, Joel and his wife Carol; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by children, Laura, Michael, Candice and Donna.

Arrangements were made by the Weber Funeral Homes, Allentown.
