There will be a PTO meeting in room 145 at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 6, 2017.

Girls on the Run is a 10-week program designed to inspired girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that integrates running.

The program is open to fourth and fifth grade girls beginning at the end of March and concluding at the beginning of June.

The program will conclude with a 5K event.

The practices are two days a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) from 3:45-5:15 p.m. at Weisenberg.

They are also looking for volunteers to help coach.

Nancy Skalski will be distributing flyers and explaining the program to the girls.
