Monica M. Otter, 72, of Germansville, died Dec. 11, 2016, in the inpatient hospice unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

She and her husband Gerald N. Otter were married in 1982.

Born May 12, 1944, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence G. and Catherine H. (Skvoretz) Kuhns.

She performed cleaning services for 20 years at the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building, until retiring in September 2015.

She enjoyed horseback riding for many years during her life.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Lori Marcks of Henderson, N.C.; sister Barbara Wiley of Oxford; grandchildren Catherine and Alexander Esterly; and son-in-law Alan Esterly of Mertztown.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah Esterly in 1997.

There will be no services or calling hours.
