DEC. 9
A theft from a vehicle in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue was reported to police. The report said an 8-foot ladder was removed from the bed of a legally parked truck.
In the 2300 block of Washington Avenue, police responded to a domestic dispute between a male and female.
The department received a report of a vehicle not returned to an owner in the 1200 block of Main Street.
A warrant was served in the unit block of West Fourth Street. Police assisted the constable.

Officers assisted a female at East 10th Street and Washington Avenue.
DEC. 12
Police responded to a domestic dispute between a male and female in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue.
DEC. 13
Members of the department responded to a hit and run at CVS, 29 W. 21st St. The report said a legally parked vehicle was struck, leaving white transfer paint on the vehicle and damaging the left rear bumper.
DEC. 14
Harassment by communication in the 300 block of East Fifth Street was reported to police. The report said a male received harassing text messages.
DEC. 15
Police responded to a child custody issue in the 1500 block of Poplar Street.
