The Whitehall swimming team opened with a win over East Stroudsburg South. The girls won 62-32 and the boys won 55-39.
Whitehall was paced in the girls meet with three relay victories. The 200 medley girls won with a time of 2:00. The team was made up of Kallie Lyle, Autumn Kidulic, Marth Gilletto and Hannah Miller. The 200 free relay team of Julia Thomas, Corrine Deichmeister, Michaela Hendricks and Kallie Lyle won with a time of 1:58.34 and the girls 400 free team of Katie Lutterschmidt, Rachael Alulis, Michaela Hendricks and Stephanie Setar won with a time of 4:20.06.
The Zephs got wins from four individual swimmers. Michaela Hendrick won the 50 free with a time of 29.53 and Kallie Lyle won the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:10.87. Rachel Alulis won the 100 free with a time of 1:04.63 and Stephanie Setar won the 500 free with a time of 5:31.56.
For the boys, Whitehall got two wins each from Sabastian Solarte and Daniel Jablonsky. Solarte had a winning time of 1:57.67 in the 200 free and also took the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.68. Jablonsky had a winning time of 2:07.49 in the 200 IM and also won the 100 back with a 59.69.
Other individual winners were: Ziyad Khafagy, who won the 50 free with a time of 25.26; Nathaniel Dolan, who took the 500 free with a time of 5:42.43 and Jordan Rivera who won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:06.72.
In the relays, the boys 200 free team of Daniel Jablonsky, Hisham Hamada, Ziyad Khafagy and Sabastian Solarte won with a time of 1:41.92. The boys 400 free relay team of Sabastian Solarte, Jack Yadush, Daniel Jablonsky and Jordan Rivera had a winning time of 3:39.64.
