The 2016 East Penn Conference volleyball all-stars were announced and Liberty led the way with the most honorees through the three teams, earning recognition from five different players.
Seniors Amanda Rachwal and Sydney Wilson led the first-team honors for the Hurricanes, while Parkland’s Sam Graver was named MVP.
For Whitehall, Kristin Spengler was named to the first team.
