At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., fraudulent credit card charges were reported to police.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred on Lehigh Street.

In the 700 block of Limestone Street, harassment by communication occurred, police said.

Police responded to a dispute between a grandmother and granddaughter in the 200 block of Church Street.

An odor of gas in the 200 block of Church Street was reported to police.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., police investigated a parking complaint for a vehicle parked in the complainant’s space.

At Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St., police investigated harassing phone calls that were received.

In the 600 block of Faith Drive, Christmas lights were stolen, the report said.

A suspicious vehicle blocking the roadway in the 300 block of Wood Street was towed.

In the 400 block of Race Street, Christmas lights were stolen.

In the 300 block of Wood Street, police issued an emergency protection-from-abuse order.
