Jacqueline G. Yandle, 73, of Emmaus, died Nov. 28, 2016, in Lehigh Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of William R. Yandle, with whom she celebrated 57 years of marriage Nov. 28, 2016. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late W. Ernest and Arlene E. (Mackes) Hixson.
She was a licensed real estate agent, working for Realty World for 15 years.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an accomplished seamstress, good cook and was a member of a progressive dinner club.
She was a member of the Emmaus Lioness Club, Emmaus Jr. Woman’s Club and bowled at the former Emmaus Nest of Owls.
She was a member of St. John’s U.C.C., Emmaus.
She is survived by her husband; daughters, Deborah L. and her husband Daniel Schaeffer, of Emmaus, Rebecca L. and her husband John Yelovich, of Emmaus and Melissa L. and her husband Timothy Fisher, of Macungie; grandchildren, Nicholas W. Yelovich, Brooke A. DeBerardinis, Sara E. DeBerardinis, Aubrey L. Karns and Tori A. Ridenour; great-grandchildren, Caleb T., Addison G. and Olivia G. Bailey. She was predeceased by a daughter, Christina L. Pollock.
