Vincent Ricardo Savage, 18, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 10 in the 900 block of Glenwood Street after he allegedly entered a parked vehicle and removed items. Savage was arrested for theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy and transported to Lehigh Booking Center. Charges were filed.

Christopher Hittinger, 27, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 11 for alleged possession of a controlled substance in the 1200 block of West Jubilee Street. Hittinger was transported to Lehigh Booking Center. Charges were filed.

Aliaksandr Shabon, 54, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 16 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street after being involved in an accident, according to police. Shabon was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Reported Nov. 16, in the unit block of North Sixth Street, an actor removed a motorized mountain bicycle and lock, with a total value of $800, from the rear of a property.

Reported Nov. 14, at Emmaus High School, an actor entered a locker room and removed a change purse and cash, with a total value of $34.90, from a book bag.

Reported Nov. 12 in the 300 block of Broad Street, a rear bumper was scraped.

Reported Nov. 12 in the 200 block of Adrian Street, a driver’s side door of a parked vehicle was damaged.

Reported Nov. 15 in the 600 block of North Street, an actor vandalized a parked vehicle.
