Barbara Jean Harris, 71, of Alburtis, died Nov. 25, 2016, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Frackville, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Bertha (Bartholomew) Conroy.

She worked at St. Luke’s University Health Network, Fountain Hill, as a registered nurse until her retirement.

She is survived by daughter, Christine Marie Babiarz; sons, David James and his wife Jennie Ann, Robert Paul and his wife Faith, Stephen Joseph and his wife Tricia; grandchildren, Megan Anne, David Nicholas and his wife Jessica, Mathew, Andrew, Lindsey Rose, Zachery Tyler and Parkar James Babiarz; great-grandson, Noah; sisters, Marylou and her husband George Padamonsky, Ann and her husband John Hiester; brother, Jay Conroy and his wife Geri. She was predeceased by brothers, Frank, Thomas and Robert Conroy and sister Patricia Boyal.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Dec. 1 in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden St., Bethlehem. Family and friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 30 and 10 to 11 a.m. Dec. 1.
