Egypt Fire Company will be hosting an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner 5-8 p.m. Dec. 2. The public is invited to help these local volunteer firefighters by enjoying a meal to support the company’s budget.

The Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church youth are sponsoring a paint party, a fun fundraising event during which participants will attend a two-hour instructional class to paint a holiday scene on canvas. Snacks, soft drinks, dessert and all painting supplies are included in the ticket cost.

The paint party will take place 2-4 p.m. Dec. 4 at the church, 4331 Main St.

Laurel Fire Company will be sponsoring an Operation Santa 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 17. Santa will deliver presents provided by parents to boys and girls in Cementon and North Coplay.

Parents may drop off wrapped gifts, with the child’s name and address attached, any day the club is open through Dec. 16.
