A fire occurred at Silver Manor, 2 Front St., due to careless smoking, the department said.

At Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, a problem occurred between a school official and a parent.

Police responded to a report of an adult missing from the 100 block of Pine Street.
At Malvern Center, 124 Bridge St., a patient was asked to leave because of a disturbance, the department said.

Members of the department responded to a report of credit card fraud occurring at DnD Market & Deli, 252 Race St.
On Race Street, police assisted a citizen who reported a ladder touching a power line.

On Railroad Street, two vehicles were involved in the hit and run. A driver was cited.
In the 100 block of Church Street, intoxicated persons were reported. A vehicle was towed, the department said.
A check welfare request regarding a disagreement between a mother and daughter brought police to 14th Street.
At Catasauqua Highrise, 534 Third St., police investigated a verbal argument between family members.
The department said it received a report of a dog running loose in the 800 block of Bethlehem Road. Police were unable to locate the dog.

A hit and run to a parked vehicle in the 700 block of Front Street was reported to police.
Officers and a K-9 assisted South Whitehall Township police for a reported bank robbery at PNC Bank, 4602 Broadway St.
On Covington Place, a husband/wife dispute brought out police to investigate.
In the 100 block of Race Street, four vehicles were involved in a reportable accident.
Harassing text messages received in the 300 block of School Street were reported to the department.

In the 200 block of Peach Street, officers assisted Bethlehem police in an attempt-to-locate case.

A vehicle was parked too close to an intersection in the 500 block of Church Street. The vehicle was ticketed.
At Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, a 17-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for harassment.
Police said a homeowner was burning leaves, an ordinance violation, on Covington Place.
An animal complaint in the 300 block of Church Street was referred to an animal control officer.
At Miller’s Surplus Home Center, 258 Race St., juveniles were on the roof. Officers responded to the complaint.
Police sought information regarding a harassment case in the 700 block of Third Street.

Police said 38-year-old Larry Nagy, of 4720 Main St., Whitehall, was arrested on Front Street for loitering/prowling at night and public drunkenness.
