Jason E. Roth, of 5485 Shady Lane, Plainfield Township, Nazareth, has been charged with three counts of burglary and four counts of theft and receiving stolen property.

Colonial Regional Police Department said residents in Bath Borough reported several outdoor storage buildings were broken into and entered between Sept. 1 and Oct. 18 on East Northampton, Broad and Pearl streets. Various power tools were reported taken. The department conducted an investigation, and some of the property items were recovered, police said.

Roth, 31, was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Central Booking. Roth’s bail was set at $25,000, and he was placed in Northampton County Prison.
