Holly A. Grim

Holly A. Grim of Lower Macungie Township, is finally at peace after a long three year search, following her disappearance in 2013. She would have been 44 years old in February. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Jeanette L. (Hilbert) Grim, of Wescosville and the late Richard C. Grim, who died April 17, 2001.

She was employed in the wood shop at Allen Organ Co., Macungie, for many years.

She was a racing enthusiast. She enjoyed watching and supporting the racing at Mahoning Valley Speedway, Lehighton and was an avid Dale Earnhardt and NASCAR fan. She also enjoyed bowling and being part of a local bowling league.

Her family would like to extend their gratitude to all of the detectives, police officers, investigators and community members who have been supporting them and tirelessly searching for Holly over the past three years.

She is survived by her mother; son, Zachary Michael, of Wescosville; brothers, Richard C. Jr., Craig S., both of Wescosville, Matthew F., of Alburtis, Carl E., of Emmaus and Jeffrey A., of Allentown; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father; brother, Michael L. in 1989.

A celebration to honor Holly’s life will be held 1 p.m. Nov 12 in Octave Hall at Allen Organ Company, Route 100, Macungie. Holly loved the color purple, so the family asks those attending the service wear something purple in her honor. There will be a time to greet the family following the service.
