Marlene Souders, 75, of Cedarbrook nursing home, South Whitehall, formerly of Allentown, died Oct. 22, 2016 in Cedarbrook, surrounded by her family.

She was the wife of the late Charles A. Souders who died in June.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of George and Caroline (Bitting) Erb.

A member of Greenawalds United Church of Christ, South Whitehall, she worked for many years for Penn Linen before retiring.

She enjoyed bowling in the Harugari Ladies League, Allentown.

Survivors include her daughter Carol Smith; son Charles A Souders Jr.; grandson Zachary Smith; extended family; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by brothers Barry and Ronald Erb.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
