Gage Jaysen Horn, 19, of Emmaus, died Oct. 29, 2016. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Jessica (Faustner) Wessner and Michael Horn.

He was a graduate of Emmaus High School, Class of 2015.

He was employed as a landscaper with Aaron Landscaping in Emmaus.

He is survived by his mother; stepfather, Nathan Wessner; father; brother, Cain Wessner; maternal grandparents, Jeffrey Faustner and Doreen Roberts.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Nov. 4, at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A visitation will be held 9:30 to 11 a.m. Nov. 4 in the funeral home.
