Through partnerships with Parkland, Catasauqua and Whitehall school districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College is offering noncredit cooking classes. Locations vary. Additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor.

Courses include: Cheesemaking II, Oct. 26; Vegetarian Comfort Food, Oct. 26; Kiffles. Dec. 6, 7; Soup du Jour, Dec. 14, and Nut Roll, Dec. 20.
