Doris E. Snyder, 85, formerly of South Whitehall Township, died on Oct. 15, 2016 in Lehigh Center, Macungie.

She was the wife of the late Henry Snyder.

Born July 24, 1931, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Elmira (Saylor) Kirschman.

She was a longtime member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown.

Her survivors include a daughter Cathy M. and her husband Marshall Boyer; grandsons Bruce and Bryan Barlip, Adam and Andrew Minnich; great-grandchildren Tylin and Dylan Barlip; and sister Sharon Krafcik.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Diane, son-in-law Bruce Barlip and brothers Dale and Richard.
