There will be no school Nov. 8 for a Teacher In-Service Day.

Middle School

There will be a Book Fair Harvest Party from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 2 in the middle school library.

Food, games, prizes, crafts and shopping will be available.

Don’t forget Christmas is coming and books would make an excellent gift for anyone.

There will be a fun night of painting in partnership with Paint Some Pottery, offered by the middle school PTO.

The event will take place 6:30-8:30 Dec. 9 in the middle school cafeteria.

Ornaments will be offered at a per piece price. Other items will be available for purchase on site.

Free personalization and outlining will be offered; cash, check, or credit cards will be accepted.

Not only will there be painting but there will be holiday music, hot chocolate, and free baked goods (consider bringing something to share.

Items will be fired, glazed, and returned to the school about a week later, in time to give as holiday gifts.

All ages are welcomed, so feel free to bring family members and students from other schools. Elementary students and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

High School

The High School Key Club is hosting a blood drive in the gym lobby 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 3.
