State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Michael Fegely, 45, of Whitehall was charged with driving under the influence 1:41 a.m. Oct. 1 at the intersection of Shankweiler and Kernsville roads, South Whitehall Township

Police alleged Fegely consumed multiple alcoholic beverages before driving to his home.

Charges were filed through District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Giuliana Crystal Asmad, 21, of Easton, was driving a 2007 Honda Civic when she was stopped for several alleged violations 12:10 a.m. Sept. 29 on Walbert Ave., at Route 309, South Whitehall Township.

Police gave Asmad a field sobriety which she allegedly failed.

Asmad was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center for a legal blood draw.

Charges are being filed with District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall Township.
