Catasauqua Middle School students and staff are encouraged to participate in Halloween dress-up day, scheduled for Oct. 28.
According to the district website, students and staff are permitted to create a unique, wild hair design and put together a crazy, but appropriate, outfit to wear to school, such as wearing clothing backwards or inside out.
Outfits must abide by the dress code, and additional clothing should be worn underneath, if necessary.
Students are reminded to make sure all hairstyles are temporary and completed at home.
Also, students and staff may wear a costume and Halloween makeup. The costume may not contain a mask, any look-a-like weapons or studded spikes.
