The East Penn Conference announced playoff matchups for the 2016 fall sports season on Friday, Oct. 14. Here’s a look:

Field hockey

Three games will take place Saturday, Oct. 15: Whitehall (8) at Emmaus (1) 3:30 p.m.; Easton (5) at Northampton (4), 2 p.m.; Pocono Mt. East (6) at Liberty (3) 3:30 p.m.; Parkland (7) at Stroudsburg (2) 2 p.m.

The semifinals will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 18 with the finals slated for Thursday, Oct. 20.

Boys soccer

Liberty earned the top seed and will host Emmaus (8) at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15. Other Saturday games are: Pocono East (5) travels to Allen for a 3:30 game while Central (6) travels to Stroudsburg (3) for a 4 p.m. game. Northampton (7) takes to the road to play Parkland (2) in a 3:30 contest.

The semifinals are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 18, with the finals to be held on Thursday, Oct. 20.

Girls soccer

Parkland takes the top seed in girls soccer and will host Liberty (8) on Saturday, Oct. 15, at 1:30 p.m. Other quarterfinal Saturday games are: Whitehall (5) at Pleasant Valley (4), 11 a.m.; Central (6) at Emmaus (3) at 1:30 p.m. and Stroudsburg (7) at Easton (2) at 2 p.m.

The semis are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 18, with the finals set for Thursday, Oct. 20.

Volleyball

Parkland will be the top seed in girls volleyball and will take on eighth seed Pocono East on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. Other games Tuesday will be Emmaus (5) at Becahi (4) at 6 p.m.; Pleasant Valley (6) at Central (3) at 7 p.m. and Freedom (7) at Liberty (2) at 6 p.m.

The semifinals are slated for Thursday, Oct. 20, with the finals set for Saturday, Oct. 22.

Cross country

The EPC cross country meet will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at the Bethlehem Municipal Golf Course. Girls race begins at 2 p.m. and the boys will start at 2:45.
